PLA 3D printing filament, also called Polylactic Acid filament, is a thermoplastic made from corn starch or sugar cane and is biodegradable. It is more environmentally-friendly than ABS filament and as it flows a little better so you can print more detailed objects with it at higher print speeds. PLA prints have a relatively glossy surface compared to ABS, but the amount of gloss depends on colour and print temperature.
AnyCubic PLA is a high-quality PLA 1.75mm diameter filament with a manufacturing tolerance of 0.02mm and highly consistent colour. This means less nozzle blocking and more printing with better quality and results!

PLA is brittle so avoid using it when making items that might be bent, twisted, or dropped repeatedly. You should also avoid using it with items that need to withstand higher temperatures as PLA tends to deform around temperatures of 60°C or higher. For all other applications, PLA makes for a good, environmentally friendly choice in 3D printer filament. It also smells nice when printing, so it is the best choice for people who have to use their printer in their home.
!!! Important !!!
Ensure that you heat your print head nozzle up to operating temperature before loading the filament into your print head. Failure to do this could damage your print head. It will make you sad. Don’t do it.
